Alex Able Perez

Alex Able Perez, 51, was born October 11, 1975. He was the beloved son of the late Antonio and late Delia (nee Tellez). He passed away peacefully on November 6, 2026.

Alex showed much love and passion in life for being a brother, friend, and entrepreneur. Some of his happiest moments were playing pool and listening to Mexican music with his friends and family. He wore his heart on his sleeve and shared it with everyone. To know Alex was to know a man who brought excitement and energy to everything he did. His laughter, his moves, and his generous heart will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Alex was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Perez. He is survived by his family members who loved him: Anthony (Abby) Perez, Augustine (Gloria) Perez, Andrew (Laura) Perez, Jose (Elva) Perez, Dolores Perez, Elizabeth (Jimmy) Arreola; also a loving and fond uncle to many nieces and nephews, all who loved him.

Family and friends will gather for visitation Thursday, November 12, 2026 from 3-8:00 pm at Walter Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street. A service will be held 7:00 pm. Interment will be private at St. Mary Cemetery. (773)927-6424.
