Eduardo Duran

Eduardo Duran, son of Petra and Heraclio Duran, passed away on February 9, 2021. Although he was born and raised in the Back of the Yards neighborhood in Chicago, he loved to spend time in his parent’s home state of Zacatecas where he enjoyed getting to know his grandparents and extended family members, as well as exploring the outdoors. Eduardo was a person of great faith and notably went on a pilgrimage to the Basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe in 2019. He will be dearly missed by both his immediate and extended family and no words can even begin to describe this loss. Eduardo is survived by both of his parents, as well as his younger brother and sister. Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, February 24 ^th at Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street, Chicago, IL  60608 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.  INT St. Casimir Cemetery. Eduardo Duran, hijo de Petra y Heraclio Duran, falleció el 9 de Febrero del 2021. Aunque el nació y creció en el Barrio de las Empacadoras en Chicago, a el le gustaba pasar tiempo en el estado natal de sus padres en Zacatecas donde pasaba tiempo con sus abuelitos y su familia extendida y donde también le encantaba pasar su tiempo en el campo. Eduardo era un hombre de gran fe y en el 2019 el hizo una peregrinación al Tepeyac de nuestra Virgen de Guadalupe. Su familia lo va a extrañar mucho y no hay palabras que podrán expresar su dolor. A el le sobreviven sus padres y sus dos hermanos menores. El velorio será el Miércoles, Febrero 24 de las 3:00pm hasta las 8:00pm en Pomierski & Son Funeral Home; 1059 West 32nd Street.
