Michelle "Mickey" L. Lu

Michelle (Mickey) Lu of the Bridgeport neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois went Home to Glory on January 26, 2023. She was the beloved Daughter of the late Daniel and Martha Cotton. Loving Sister of the Late Gary Cotton and Lorraine (Peggy) Cotton and survived by Jill and Harry Wambaja. Dear Mother of Nelson Greene, Keith Flynn (Terry), Dee Dee Ahlgren (Brad), Tina Rock-Noffsinger (Paul), and Cindy Rock. Grandmother to 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was also a great friend to many.

A celebration of life will be held at the V.F.W. 5079, 3200 South May Street, Chicago from 4 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 31, 2023 in honor of Mickey's 80th Birthday. Michelle will be laid to rest 11 am Friday, September 1, 2023 in Beverly Cemetery.
