Mitchell S. Pienta

Mitchell S. Pienta (74), U.S. Army Sgt. veteran, was a lifelong Bridgeport resident.

He was the son of the late Casimir and Virginia (nee Goga); brother of the late Clifford (retired C.P.D. and US Air Force veteran), Dennis, Chris (Kate), Maryeve (Dr. Terrence) Lerner, and Russell (Donna); uncle and cousin to many.

Mitchell was a lover of animals, wildlife, and all things outdoors.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 9 to 11:00 am at St. Barbara Worship Site St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 2859 South Throop Street, Chicago, IL 60608 followed by an 11:00 am service. INT. Private (773)927-6424
