Timothy James Fitzgerald

Timothy J. Fitzgerald, retired CFD, passed away January 9, 2023. He was the beloved son of the late Walter T. Fitzgerald, CFD and late Phyllis Bice (nee Philipo); loving brother of Edward T. Fitzgerald retired CFD,  the late Joanne Fitzgerald Knor, and late Phyllis J. Fitzgerald; dear uncle of Jacqueline Fitzgerald and Edward T. Fitzgerald, Jr. (Joy); great-uncle of Aniya, Andre, Sydney, and Jack; and a friend to many. Tim's loving fur baby was Mr. Mec "Steinberg".

Tim was an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to St. Mary of Perpetual Help Preservation Fund or St. Odilo Church.

A funeral mass will be held 10:30 am on Friday, January 20, 2023 at St. Mary of Perpetual Help Church, 1039 West 32nd Street, Chicago, IL 60608. Visitation will be from 10 until 10:30 am in church.  Following mass, family and friends will meet at the office of St. Mary Cemetery, 87th and Hamlin, Evergreen Park, IL for entombment. (773)927-6424
