Ulysses Hernandez is the loving husband of Shonna (nee Linkowski); father of Erika Amber, Hailey, Destiny, and Anthony; Poppi-O to Adam; son of Lydia (nee Rosado) and the late Norberto; brother of Luis, Rudy, and Monique; super uncle of many nieces and nephews; Godfather of Phillip and Kristen Winsted, Nick, and Michael.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 4 to 6:00 pm at Pomierski Funeral Home, 1059 West 32nd Street, Chicago, IL 60608. (773)927-6424
